Rachel is especially known for trance channeling Alpar-a-Be-am, an 8th-Dimensional Blue Avian Kir Being.

Her work with Alpar explores consciousness, human evolution, multidimensional communication, Ascension, frequency, spiritual development, and the relationship between higher-dimensional beings and everyday human life.

Rachel also channels many other multidimensional Beings of Light, giving her a broad perspective on how different beings communicate, appear, teach, heal, and interact with human channels.

Her work also includes trance healing, where she allows higher-dimensional healing intelligence and energy to move through the trance state for energetic support, transformation, and healing.

Before becoming a professional trance channel and spiritual teacher, Rachel trained and worked as a professional opera singer.
